Embark Smoked Meats is a premium barbecue company specializing in clean-label BBQ sauces, handcrafted food products, foodservice solutions, catering, and restaurant operations.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, photographs, nutritional information, ingredient lists, pricing, and availability are accurate. Packaging may change without notice, colors may appear differently by device, availability may vary, and ingredients may occasionally be updated.

Refer to the product label received for the most current information. Embark Smoked Meats reserves the right to discontinue products or modify formulas at any time.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct pricing errors.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout where required by law. Shipping charges are separate. Promotional pricing is available only during advertised periods.

By placing an order, you certify that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Fraudulent transactions may be reported to law enforcement.

Wholesale accounts are subject to separate agreements. Wholesale pricing, freight, payment terms, minimum quantities, and distributor arrangements may differ from retail purchases. A separate wholesale agreement controls where one exists.

Catering and restaurant prices, menu items, and availability may change without notice. Dietary accommodations may require advance notice, and allergen information should be discussed before placing catering orders.

Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, may exclude wholesale purchases or gift cards, and may expire without notice. Offers may be canceled due to misuse or technical errors.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Website content—including logos, artwork, label designs, recipes, product photography, videos, website design, graphics, illustrations, animations, marketing materials, packaging, descriptions, and blog content—is protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, or licensed without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal penalties.

Embark Smoked Meats, associated logos, slogans, and branding elements are trademarks or pending trademarks. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

You agree not to violate laws, interfere with website functionality, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, scrape website content, use bots for purchasing, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or legal action.
